Synopsis:

This cover isn't the real cover, just a place holder. This book sounds so freaking incredible! I feel like this is something that can take over my life after the Lux series ends. They have something in common: snarky, hot, supernatural boys. The quotes for this book are so incredibly snarky and funny. Temple West posted some on GoodReads, and here are some of my favourites:

“I scoffed. “Why would I fall in love with you? You’re just a hot, closet-nerd vampire with a bazillion dollars and a Harley. There’s absolutely nothing attractive about you.”
“I’m repulsive, I know.”

“You’re cute when you do that,” he called to me.
“When I do what?”
“Turn in a circle like that. It’s kind of penguin-y.”
“Great,” I called back. “Just what every girl dreams of being told by their inhumanly attractive, immortal vampire protector: they look kind of ‘penguin-y.”

“I thought you were dead.”
“They don’t have Canadians in heaven?”

“Just for the record, saying ‘The surprise hasn’t started yet’ while pulling something out of your pants pocket is super creepy.”
“Yeah,” I heard him say, “I regretted it immediately, but it was too late to switch to something else.”

That Canadian quote cracks me up. It really does. Mostly because I'm Canadian.

Also, Temple West is also one of my new favourite people. She's hilarious and super cool and <3 <3 (Besides Karou, she's my favourite blue-haired lady)
