Jennifer Lynn Barnes always writes such fantastic YA crime thrillers. They're always so interesting and fall into a niche genre that I enjoy like her Naturals series that followed a YA Criminal Minds-esque team and The Fixer series (so underrated) that follows a teenage fixer for political people. I'm so interested to see where this new book of hers takes us and the mysteries that we'll get to unravel in this new book of hers.

And hello! debutante balls? Fish out of water story? mystery???? HELL YES!!
